From the end of Easter week to September is Low Season and only during this period the units are available on a partial weekly basis.

Accommodation rental is Saturday to Saturday however the units may be available for shorter periods from the end of Easter week to 20th September - minimum 2 nights.
Cancellation fee:
- up to 30 days - full refund less a cancellation fee of $50
- less than 30 days - no refund
2 magnificent units, sleeping 4 persons in each, 1 Queen & 2 Singles. Available as a single apartment or perfect for 2 families to share a vacation on Queensland's beaches.
Save on dog kennel rates. Maximum 2 dogs please.
Both rentals are only a few minutes walk to Caloundra's Shelly, Moffat, and Kings beaches, cafes and restaurants, boardwalk, and esplanade. Dogs accepted here.
Fully fenced and fully furnished holiday units or apartments.
Facilities and features per unit include:
- 2 x bedrooms i.e. 1 twin room; 1 x queen room
- 1 bathroom - one shower and vanity upstairs - separate toilet downstairs
- Fully equiped kitchen
- Microwave
- Automatic washing machine with laundry powder supplied
- Iron and Ironing Board
- T.V., DVD / CD player
- BBQ (with undercover patio). Full gas bottle.
- Large ( 6 foot high ) fully fenced yard
- 100m walk to Shelly Beach
- 10 mins walk to Kings Beach - surf lifesavers patrol this beach
- Pets welcome (few minutes walk to dog friendly beach and great
coast bike/walking path) - 2 blocks to great corner store
- Bed linen, blankets, doona's and pillows supplied
- 1 x car undercover parking per apartment
- Linen service included. Bath towels not included.
